Which Migrant Camp?

My parents migrated from the UK to Australia in May 1951.
They arrived in Sydney on the New Australia and were placed in a Migrant Hostel - but I am unable to find which one. Any tips?

I do know that the British were considered a class of migrant who could not be placed with the reffos and Balts. They needed something better. So it won’t be the Bathurst camp for Sydney arrivals. It might have been one of the migrant centres which operated into the 1970’s, maybe 1980’s, like Villawood in Sydney – now the detention centre for overstayers and others Home Affairs wants to move out of the country. Maybe investigating Villawood’s history through NAA correspondence (policy) files will give you more clues. HTH, Ann.
