Is anybody having problems with Name Search?
Yes. Does NAA have any technical support at all ?.

We are investigating and hope to have a solution soon.
You may find that clearing your cache or using a private browser window helps until the issue is resolved.

There are a few with the same problem.
I also brought it up on one of the Facebook Genealogy groups and others there are having similar problems.
Sometimes the cache clearing works, but not all of the time.

We’ve been advised that the technical issue that was causing timeouts in RecordSearch and NameSearch to prevent users logging back in has now been resolved.
Please let us know if this problem is still happening or reoccurs.
