Hello, has anyone got IT advice for me regarding name search? I am doing research on Boer War Dossiers for my dissertation and the most efficient way is name search. However, on two different browsers, I am getting “session expired” and can no longer get access to name search. I also try to login into my researcher account and it to says “session expired”.
Yes, I am as well. I have reset cookies and cache on Edge and Chrome. No luck.
If you create a Private Session / Incognito then you can get into the NameSearch form. I have no idea why that works.
Still having the same problem, the private session does not work either.
Does NAA have any technical support at all.

Good afternoon everyone,
We’ve been advised that the issue that was stopping users logging back in after their session expired has now been resolved. You should now be able to log in or continue as a guest as normal after a session expires.
Please let us know if this issue reoccurs, and thank you for your patience.
