Problems loading service records

I am a frequent user of the record search function but in the last few days pages of records take up to 5 minutes to load each page. Our internet is very fast and there are no problems with other websites but the records are not functioning as they were a week ago. Time outs have occurred while waiting for pages to load and the download function doesn’t help as it appears unresponsive.

Is anyone else seeing this issue?

You’re not alone. The past two days have been woeful. So slow, they are actually timing out.
I’m not sure why the website has to show you the record for the ability to download, it’s an added aggravation factor and could be streamlined to allow a download without opening yet another window.
