Digital service record images are not appearing for download. I have noticed this over the last few days. I have reset my cookies and cache but to no avail. An example of a specific record is MCCARD FRANCIS JOHN : Service Number - S24290. Any tips?
I am having the same issue. I have found a WW2 service record for an uncle. I can click on the digital record icon and read all the pages but I can’t find a way to download it either as a PDF or as single page images.
I used to be able to do this in the past.

I was able to do a right click and copy image - I pasted this image into a blank Powerpoint document page and then was able to do a right click and save as picture (it makes a jpg).
This is the only way that I have been able to grab images on the internet when download is not available…
