National Archives doesn’t hold many air accident investigation reports from the 1990s. It’s likely any records are still held by the Department of Defence. National Archives can contact Defence on your behalf to request a search for relevant records and to make arrangements for access if records are located.
If you’d like to request us to search our holdings and contact Defence if necessary, please submit a general reference inquiry with as much information as you know about the accident, and our reference team will look into the matter for you.
