Relative WW1 Soldier

Name Frank Dolbear 28th Battalion Service No 267 - search of the NAA only provides two pages of his record - how do I access the other parts of his records? Thank you in advance

Every battalion kept a war diary, written every day by the Adjutant or CO. His name will be in that diary, kept by the Australia War Memorial. His Record of Service should be on NAA site too so suggest you seek their advice. Although pressed by thousands of enquiries, I find their staff obliging and thorough. Someone may have written the battalion’s history too and he could be mentioned in that, at least his arrival, promotions (if any) and evacuation dates. Embarkation and Return to Aust dates, ships, etc should be there too. The two bits of info at NAA are a good start, whatever they are, so all the best. Peter.

Typo?: 14 pages for a Frank Dolbean in First Australian Imperial Force Personnel Dossiers, 1914-1920:

Hi TreeSpirit, thank you very much for the link, this is my husbands grandfather and a mistake has been made by the NAA - his actual name is Frank Dolbear. Will get in touch with them to correct.
