Export to PDF or print button results in Server Error message from View Digital copy

When I clicked the ‘Export to PDF or print’ button after View Digital Copy, it results in a window opening with the message below: Server Error in ‘/SearchNRetrieve’ Application.
The window open was:
https://recordsearch.naa.gov.au/SearchNRetrieve/Interface/ViewImage.aspx?B=6161815

Button : Export PDF or Print

Server Error in ‘/SearchNRetrieve’ Application.
Runtime Error
Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.

Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a tag within a “web.config” configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This tag should then have its “mode” attribute set to “Off”.

Notes: The current error page you are seeing can be replaced by a custom error page by modifying the “defaultRedirect” attribute of the application’s configuration tag to point to a custom error page URL.

I’m having the same problem. Have you found a solution please?

Apparently it is an intermittent problem, I got the error earlier this week, but today 16/8/23 10:25am when I tried View Digital copy then the button Export to PDF, it worked and in my Downloads folder I can see the file ‘NAA_ItemNumberxxxxxxx’ where xxxxxxx is the barcode number of the record. In my case 4834331. Browser used is Firefox version 116.0.2. Maybe also try clearing browser cache, I have this set to happen every time I close the browser : Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed

Thanks Michael, I tried again this morning and it was working! I will change my settings to do the same with the browser cache, thanks for that tip
