I am having difficulty accessing the Archives. I have a code and so on, but they are not accepted, can anyone help me as I am trying to finalise some research on a family for my son-in-law. I know I can access a photograph as well, but I cannot seem to manage to get into the site. I really need help in this and feel really stupid in having to ask
If by code you mean an Item ID or Barcode, click on the tab “Advanced Search” in the Record Search screen and then on “Items”. Now the “Advanced Search - Items” will be displayed where you can put your (numbers only) “code” in the “Item ID” field.
