# Trying to find a death certificate of my great-grandfather

My great-grandfather escaped communism around 1948.
He immigrated from Albania to Australia, Marburg.
His name is Afez Koca, and died around 1984. I have tried to search in ancestry but nothing comes up, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I can’t find a “Afez KOCA”. The only person that comes close is an “Afes Ali KOCO” born in 1909 or 1910 …

OMG!!! It’s him, all the information matches his story…Thank you so much 😢😢😢 I have been running searches and was not lucky to find it.
I believe he spelled his name differently because he spent some time in Greece before traveling to Australia. Thank you again!!! Me and my dad are eternally grateful.

This then looks like him on the electoral rolls in Western Australia, Division Moore, sub division Northam;
Koco, Afes
1963, 1968, 1972, address 402 Fitzgerald Street, Northam, labourer.
