Hi @aemiliabax

Thanks for your post. National Archives has a lot of records covering the Northern Territory during Harry’s lifetime, so it’s possible we have some records that can help in your research.

We’ve got step by step guidance to looking for records about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people on our page [Find records relating to First Australians](https://www.naa.gov.au/explore-collection/first-australians/find-records-relating-first-australians).

Try searching our RecordSearch database to see if you can find anything about him, using the steps listed there.

If you’re not able to find anything in RecordSearch, National Archives’ staff may be able to find information for you using the [Bringing Them Home Name Index](https://www.naa.gov.au/explore-collection/first-australians/bringing-them-home-name-index).

You can request us to search the index by submitting a [BTH inquiry](https://reftracker.naa.gov.au/reft100.aspx?key=BTH). Your inquiry will then be sent to a staff member trained in using the Bringing Them Home Name Index, who will be able to search on your behalf and provide advice on accessing records.

Regards,

Jessie (NAA)
