Missing WW2 military records

I have my Uncles WW2 service numbers (3in total) but have been unable to get any of his service record details from the National Archives. Can anyone help as to why I cannot access his records?

I suggest you lodge an inquiry with our Reference team using 'general enquiry' form available at https://www.naa.gov.au/help-your-research/ask-us-about-collection
