Hi There,
I am looking for arrival details for my grandparents + my father, but the family name may have been iterated differently/incorrectly when they arrived.
The current family name is Hajinikitas, but there has been variants like:
hadjinikitas
hatgenikitas
hazinikitas
etcetera. . .
I know I so far the only thing that might be consistent is nikitas but a wildcard search fails to find anything with *nikita*?…

I am looking for my grandfathers registration in WW1.
My grandfather signed up for the Australian army in England, and I can´t find anything about this. I have found his application from WWII and some documents from England showing his medalrecord (we got the medal, and the nr is correct) . But the story is that he joined the English army, before ANZAC was formed. When his younger brother joined up, he left the British army and joined the Australian army to be with his younger brother…

My father served in Australia, Borneo, Malaysia & New Guinea during WW11. He lied about his age to join up, as he could not get parental permission. I believe he spent the 1st two years of service under an assumed name & when he turned 21, he admitted to the army what he had done & his records were corrected. I am having trouble finding his records. Has anybody got any suggestions as to how I proceed from here?
Hoping to get some help, thanks.

Hi I am trying to find Family members who visited Australia in 1948. But I am having difficulty in finding the exact date when they left. It must have been in 1949 (I think).
I'ts so easy to find arrivals but almost impossible to find departures. Anybody who can give me any suggestions?

I am asking for help in the search of a Quaker Cemetery. I have been given a copied sheet which has the name Davies 16203 or 16205. There are no initials or dates and is not in alphabetical or numerical order. There are about 450 names and numbers that go as high as 28,000 and it is only part of a larger sheet. (all handwritten) The family came from Wales and lived in South Australia. I have searched South Australia and it would appear that this is a very large cemetery or record…
