I have just had a quick look at our database of reference inquiries, and have found that one of our reference officers in Adelaide responded to your inquiry after you had posted this comment. I hope you received the email. It has a remittance advice attached so that you can send a payment to our Adelaide office, and they will then make a copy of the record for you.
Unfortunately, we are currently not able to take payments for this group of records electronically. This is why you were taken to the request for quote form, rather than straight to the e-commerce site when you clicked on the 'request copy' link.
