Trying to Locate Tat Thu ( maiden name )

I am trying to locate an old friend Tat Thu ( maiden name ) born in Vietnam. Arrived in Melbourne 1978/79 with her parents, sisters and brothers. In 1979 the family lived in Midway Hostel Maribyrnong Melbourne. Last know to be living in Blackburn Melbourne in 1983. In 1981/ 82/ 83 Tat Thu born 1955, got the full naturalization.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Thu TAT lived till 1978 in Cholon Vietnam before came to Australia. There must live more family members in Melbourne. In 1979 I visited english school at the Maribyrnong Midway Hostel with Thu TAT.
