Beaufort A9 350 crashed on Saddleback Mountain near Gerringong in November 1943. Records for the crash do exist but I am looking for the Court of Inquiry papers which seem to have vanished although they are mentioned in the files of some of the airmen who were killed in the accident.

Haven’t managed to locate the Beaufort COI papers yet either.
Have copies of the files on all 5 crew members.
I am researching three defence force aircraft that crashed within a few miles of each other.
Hawker Demon A1-62 that crashed near Fountaindale (the other side of Saddleback Mountain) on the 23 November 1939 - crash plaque located today, Pilot died;
Bristol Beaufort A9-350;
Fairey Firefly WD869 that crashed on the Barren Grounds escarpment above Foxground (just south west of Saddleback Mountain) on the 19 March 1957, 2 crew perished.
Will let you know if I manage to locate the Beaufort missing documents.
