Gladys McSWEENEY was born in Boolarra, Victoria in 1918 died 1966. She put her three children into an orphanage in May 1945, the eldest being Cully James McSWEENEY (my brother-in-law) who was adopted when he was 7. In 1957 my mother went back to England to re-unite with family.
She left Fremantle on a Swedish Cargo Ship which carried 12 passengers, sometime between March & May and returned later in the same year.
I can not find any records and would like to know how I go about finding such records.

I'm looking for anybody who knows anything about the St Leone family originally from Edmonton Alberta, Canada. My fathers name was William Sheppard St Leone, his father Peter William St leone and his mother Ellen Sheppard. Apparently they were married in England. I believe Ellen Sheppard was born in Sydney Australia. Any one with any info would be appreciated. Also William (Bill) St Leone was in world war 2 and was a Rat of Trobuk.
