After years of looking for my father, I think I have just discovered that he emigrated to Canberra, Australia on Oronsay from Tilbury, London, on 29th April 1966. The records state that he was with Joyce Clarrie (nee Abbot) and her date of birth was 11th November 1921.
I am desperate to find out more about my father. Can anyone help please? What do I do next?

Can anyone tell me please if all soldiers in WW1 had an official photograph taken. I have been able to find my Grandfather Walter Reginald Snow, but have not been able to locate one for his brothers, Frank Snow Service No: 920(not to be confused with Frank Noel Snow).
Thanks to your help earlier I was able to see a photo of another brother William Arthur Snow in a Trove Newspaper.
Would very much like to see one of Frank.

Michael McLaren was on the assisted passage scheme for ex-servicemen. His service number was RA 1509253.I can find no record of him other than on the passenger list for the Orion and classified as 'Labourer 111). Do records exist which shows where passengers went after they disembarked? I've checked Electoral rolls, Marriage records but have not found any answers.
