Having difficulty locating records of my return to Australia in September 1958 after a four year sojourn in Singapore where my father was working. I was 4 years old at the time and would have travelled on a parents' passport. The vessel we returned on came via Java and I think may have been a freighter which carried a small number of private passengers. Passenger searches are not showing up any information. Any suggestions
I found the record of the arrival of the family I'm researching but no arrival date or port are included.
Is there a way of finding the missing details?

We know she went to Australia in 1923 aboard the Baradine, she was recorded as being a domestic. She returned to England aboard the Ormonde from Sydney in 1932 and was recorded as being a trained nurse.
Then there is a difference in what the family know / think. Some family believe she returned to Australia in 1939, others that she returned aboard the Ormonde in…Continue
