My father emigrated from Yugoslavia 1970, I was two years old, we lived till may 1976 and come back to YU. I have two brothers that are born in Australia, Melbourne where we lived and are holders of Australian passport
How can I find records of immigration and did my father Gotche (Gergji) received citizenship?Am I entitled to Australian citizenship?

Can anybody confirm whether it was common practice to invent a wife so as money from wages could be sent home to the family while the son was fighting in WW1, as we have discovered a mystery woman as a wife to my great grandfather that nobody knows about and there is no records of but money was sent from his wage to his mothers house address. Any ideas or a way of confirming any of the above would be greatly appreciated.

I've tried Immigration, Ancestry.com,…
