I have had a recent experience with naa and am dissatisfied with the way that service records I ordered January 30 this year have still not been sent to me and after calling twice to chase up why discovered that 1. The records were given open status in March but not yet digitised.2. Someone else went to the reading room in Canberra and accessed these records which I paid for, and because of this and the fact they had not yet been returned I have to wait longer to receive them., and I was not informed of this when I made the first call a week ago. 3. If I had not requested the copies and paid for them whoever went to the reading room would not have been able to have access. I feel it is unfair if others can access a record that I paid for and ordered and I am left waiting to receive those records.I am not happy with this at all .
