AIF returned from active service badge

I am trying to determine which relative of mine this badge belonged to. I found it in my moms possessions after she passed away. badge number 253127. Can any of you help me or point me in the correct direction please?

The Returned from Active Service badges list have mostly digitised. You will find the information on Badge no 253127 in this document at page 48
