Hello,

I sent away for a copy of my Grandfathers WWII records. I am trying to work out what units he served with so I can read about what the unit did etc. Is there anyone who could look over my grandfathers records and confirm for me the units he served with?

From looking at records I think the following:

He served as a nursing orderly with the unit called the 5 AGH. He served with the unit called the 2/1 Aust C C S from 30/12/41 - 15/1/42. He also served with the unit called the 2/5 AGH from 17/3/45-8/11/45. Is this correct do you think?

thanks for any help provided

Penny
