Records that say open

Hi,

Recently joined and successfully had one item opened and now have paid to open both my grandfathers records. They both used to say status not yet examined but today I've noticed they say open but there is no PDF or the like there for me to click on. Could it say open and rest may follow later today or in very near future.

Paul,  If you have paid to have them put online you will get an email notification with a link to click on so you can view the files

The process may not be completely finished as yet

Thanks Elizabeth, yes I think that's the case. Was just a bit confused when the recorded changed to open  thought was open to viewing. I shall patiently wait
