I have seeking information about my Uncle, HENRY CHARLES PEMBERTON. 

Date of Birth:    08/04/1911

Born: SELWYN, QUEENSLAND.  

SERVICE NUMBER: QX24762  

SERVED IN PNG DURING WORLD WAR 2.  TRADE:  MECHANIC.  

ENROLLED:  Approximately 1940 DISCHARGED: 1947

Died:  BRISBANE, QUEENSLAND 06/01/1986

I am interested in obtaining duplicates of any Service Medals HENRY would have been entitled to.. He was my mother's younger brother. to pass on to my four grandsons.  They already have duplicates of medals awarded to my Paternal Uncle from World War 1.  All original medals awarded to HENRY would have been destroyed when he died in 1986.
